Our Harley Rd subdivision is well underway, with over 40 lots sold and now home to happy residents.

Tasman is a great place to live with its cafes, golf course, wineries and art galleries all nearby, and it’s a quick 5 minute trip down to Kina Beach to launch the boat or go for a stroll. City life is not too far away either, located above State highway 6 Harley Road is within easy commuting distance of Nelson, Richmond and Motueka.

With just a handful of lots remaining in our current stage we are in the process of gaining Resource Consent for a further 6 Stages of development.

The future plans will feature a range of lot sizes from 5000m2 to over 10 hectares, featuring flat building platforms, walkways and cycle tracks, and of course stunning views across the Kina Estuary out to Tasman Bay. The hidden jewel in the development is the Machine Gully wetland which is under an extensive management and regeneration program and will provide a stunning backdrop in years to come.
